Faulty Skinz

If when you receive your Skin it is damaged or faulty in any way, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your skin and we will arrange for a replacement skin to be sent to you straight away. We will ask you to return the skin to us, the cost of which we will cover. In all cases you must return the skin unused on its backing with a copy of the dispatch note. Please inform us in writing if your skin is faulty or incorrect by emailing us at support@diabloskinz.com. You may of course call us if you wish to speak with us, but we will also ask for an email confirming the issue.

Cancelling your order before we have dispatched it

If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, please contact us immediately and we will cancel your order and arrange for a full refund. Please inform us in writing of your wish to cancel your order by emailing us at support@diabloskinz.com. You will need to give us the order number you received in your confirmation email as well as your name and address.

Returning a Diabloskin

All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, All items must be in their original, unused condition - if the skin has been removed from its backing paper then we consider the item used. Please note we do not refund or pay for shipping.

If you are returning a Diabloskin you have a duty to keep it in your possession and to take reasonable care of it until you return it. 

Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
